With the title ‘Leadership in the Arts: CLA Fellowship Model’, Mr Ploeun introduced the participant the hard work of CLA whose mission is to facilitate the transformation of Cambodia through the arts. According to him, CLA has been working to restore Cambodia’s traditional arts, supporting art masters, promoting awareness of the arts, and by advocating for the arts with cultural policymakers and major institutions.

Mr. Ploeun’s bio
Mr. Ploeun introduced a successful program called ‘2015 Cambodian Living Arts Fellowship’. The aim of the Living Arts Fellows program is to nurture leadership and develop potential in the arts and cultural sector. There were 5 fellows who come from various institutions. The program hopes that the fellows will become the future leaders in the art and cultural sectors.
